Ingredients:
1/3 pound smoked pork (butt or shoulder), -- chopped |
1 medium onion -- chopped |
1 quart tomatoes -- canned |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 cup catsup |
1 tablespoon texas pete hot sauce |
1 piece bay leaf |
3 tablespoons bottled chili sauce |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 can butter beans |
1 can corn |
3 medium potatoes -- diced |
1 quart water |
2 tablespoons bbq sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Put every thing except the beans and corn In a large pot. Simmer(do not boil) for 2 1/2 hour stirring occasionally until the potatoes are nearly done add vinegar and vegetables. Simmer until potatoes are done. Remove Bay leaf before serving.
