Preparation / Directions:Shell shrimp or prawns(preferred) and reserve shells. Rinse prawns and shells. Place shells in a pot with the 4 cups water. Bring to a boil. Strain stock and discard shells.
Add lime leaves, golonga, and lemon grass to stock and simmer for awhile. Add fish sauce, cook a few minutes more.
Add shrimp and do not stir. Add chili oil, Add mushrooms.
Put lime juice in bowl add soup and garnish with cilantro, chili peppers, and onions.
