Mushroom Stuffing

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups mushrooms -- chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic -- minced

2 pieces chicken bouillon cubes

1/2 cup onion -- minced

8 ounces crab chunks -- minced

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup sherry

1 cup water

1 cup heavy cream

3 cups bread crumbs

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine in a pan all ingredients down to the heavy cream, bring to a simmer and reduce liquid by half. Then add heavy cream and reduce by 1/4 then add bread crumbs and chopped parsley and mix well.
