Preparation / Directions:Combine sausage, celery, and onions in a non-stick saucepot, over a moderate flame heat and stir for 12-15 minutes, until sausage is brown and vegetables tender drain off fat add remaining ingredients-mix well spoon into a buttered baking dish or casserole bake, covered, @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes remove cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes, until slightly crusty on top serve hot
