Ingredients:


2 whole loaves of bread

1 bunch celery

1/2 cup parsley

2 medium onions

3 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1 pieces butter -- melted

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Grind or chop the onion, parsley, celery and bread. Save juice.

2. Add seasoning and juice to above mixture, add butter and mix well.

3. Stuff bird. Serve.
