Preparation / Directions:Mix sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Blend in butter. Serve warm over apple pancakes. Top with sour cream.
