Delicious sweet and savory dates stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and wrapped with bacon. | ||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Simply stuff the dates with the cheese, not too much or it will just melt out onto the pan, about a teaspoon per date. Wrap each date with half a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil 6 inches from heat source until bacon is slightly crisp. Remove from oven and remove toothpicks, serve warm.
