Butter Tarts

Ingredients:


1 cup currants or raisins

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon corn syrup

15 pieces ready made tart shells, unbaked
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Have pastry or tart shells ready (15 large tart shells for 24 small ones).

3. Combine filling ingredients and spoon into shells.

4. Bake for 15 - 20 min. until pastry is golden. Don't over cook.
