Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Mix crumbs, oregano, and pepper together. Mix in softened butter and blend until crumbly. Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside. Mix cheese, olives, basil, egg, egg substitute, salt, pepper, and chicken. Turn into prepared pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Run a knife around sides of pan, then remove tart.
