Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Wash, pit and slice plums; set aside.
2. Sift together flour, sugar and salt; cut in butter.
3. Add lemon peel, lemon juice and eggs; stir until pastry is thoroughly mixed.
4. Pat into greased 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Arrange sliced plums over pastry; sprinkle topping over plums.
5. Bake in preheated 375 F. oven 25 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with whipped cream.
Topping
Combine flour, sugar, almonds and butter.
