Preparation / Directions:Make pastry as per usual. Roll two-thirds to line pie plate; cut the rest into strips for lattice.
Mix filling ingredients; spread into pie; place lattice on top.
25-30 mins at 400F / 200C / Gas 6.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
