Vanya's Burrito casserole

This is my tex-mex version of lasagna. Very easy and all the family loves it!!
 

Ingredients:


8 tortillas flour tortillas, torn

1 can refried beans

3 cups shredded mozzerella cheese

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 pounds browned ground beef

2 cans enchilada sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


In lighly greased 13"x 9"x 2" pan, layer ingredients starting with tortilla pieces. Top with cheeses. My family loves cheese so put as much as you like on top. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted but not stiff.
