Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 350F. Mix milk into flour. Add salt and cheddar. Lay four chilies in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer on half the Jack cheese. Another layer of chilies and cheese. Pour on milk mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until golden brown.
