Taco Salad

Ingredients:


1/2 pound turkey -- cooked

1/2 Cup onions -- chopped

1/2 Cup bell peppers -- chopped

1 jar taco Sauce (8 oz)

1 1/2 teaspoon unbleached flour

1 packages taco seasoning mix

1 Cup cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese -- Shredded

1/4 Cup tortilla chips -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a skillet, over medium heat, brown meat, until no pink remains. Drain off fat. Stir in onions, peppers, taco sauce, flour, and seasoning mix. Stir, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened and bubbly. Serve meat mixture on dinner plate with shredded cheeses and tortilla chips.
