Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Half cover the chicken with salted water; cover and cook until tender.
Blend remaining ingredients, except lard or oil, and sauté sauce, adding a little of the cooking liquid.
Stir until thick. Season to taste. Add the chicken and simmer only long enough for it to absorb the taste.
Note: Pork or veal may be substituted.
