Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Mix ingredients for marinade. Heat if necessary to dissolve the sugar.
Marinate the pork, preferably overnight or as long as possible.
Thread 3 or 4 pieces of meat on each skewer.
Grill in broiler or over hot coals until insides are no longer pink. Delicious with peanut butter sauce.
Will serve 4 as a starter.
Boneless chicken can be substituted for pork as a variation.
