Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Put veg. oil into pot over med. heat and add red curry, add 3/4 cups coconut milk and stir to mix thoroughly.
2. Add chicken or duck and stir well until cook. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 min., bring to boil and remove from heat.
