Preparation / Directions:
1. Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar, flour, pumpkin pie filling,
cinnamon, and flour.
2. Spread onto greased cookie sheet Lined with waxed paper.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 Degrees. Turn onto a tea towel covered
with powdered sugar and roll in the towel into a roll. Let cool.
FILLING: 1 - 8 OZ. Cream Cheese
2 T. Margarine Walnut Pieces
1 t. Vanilla
1 C. Powdered Sugar
4. Unroll and spread on filling, sprinkle on walnut pieces and reroll
without towel. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. (1 Regular can pie
