Ingredients:


8 ounces silken tofu -- very, very fresh

2 ounces oil

3 ounces water or coffee

5 package sweetener -- (5 to 6)

1 dash salt

1 teaspoon flavor extracts -- your choice

1/4 cup nuts to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together in a blender (except nuts) and then freeze in an ice cream maker.
