Tomato Halves Provencale

Ingredients:


2 cups fresh bread crumbs

3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons wish-bone italian or robusto italian dressing

4 medium tomatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 400`. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, cheese and Italian dressing; set aside. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise; gently squeeze to remove seeds. In 10 x 7-inch shallow baking dish, arrange tomato halves; top with bread crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until bread crumb mixture is golden brown.
