Ingredients:


6 ounces light tuna in water

1/2 cup sweet onion

1/2 cup celery

1/4 cup water chestnuts

1/4 cup bread and butter pickles

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 bunch butter lettuce
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients (except lettuce)-mix well cover and chill thoroughly arrange lettuce leaves on a platter or individual plates top with tuna mixture serve slightly chilled
