Tuna and Apple Bake

Ingredients:


1 cup Onions -- chopped

1 cup Celery -- chopped

2 cups Apples,diced -- unpeeled

2 tablespoons Butter or margarine

11 ounces Can of Cheese soup -- condensed

1/2 cup Milk

2 cups Rice -- cooked

14 ounces Tuna -- drained

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

3/4 cup Bread crumbs,butterd -- seasond
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Saute onions, celery and apples in butter until tender but not brown. 2. Stir in soup, milk, rice, tuna, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. 3. Turn into a buttered, shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. 4. Bake in preheated 400'F. oven 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heate
