Tuna And Potato Tart

Ingredients:


1 tablespoons chopped onion

1 tablespoons butter

7 ounces tunda

2 cups seasoned mashed potatoes

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper -- if needed

1 crust pastry for 1 crust 10 inch pie -- baked

6 large eggs

1 tablespoons melted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook onion in butter until wilted. Add tuna, potatoes, parsley, and salt and pepper if needed. Spread in the pie shell; make 6 depressions in the potato mixture, drop a raw egg into each, and drizzle a little melted butter over each. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (375 F) until eggs are set.
