Preparation / Directions:Cook onion in butter until wilted. Add tuna, potatoes, parsley, and salt and pepper if needed. Spread in the pie shell; make 6 depressions in the potato mixture, drop a raw egg into each, and drizzle a little melted butter over each. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (375 F) until eggs are set.
