Preparation / Directions:In small mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, tuna, paprika, black pepper, garlic, and cayenne on medium speed until well combined. Stir in bell pepper and green onion. Cover; chill for 3 to 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
