Preparation / Directions:Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool. Mix together remaining ingredients, except tomatoes. Cut tomatoes in half; squeeze lightly to remove seeds. Top tomato halves with salad mixture to serve. Note: If orzo is unavailable, melon seed pasta may be substituted.
