Tuna Cornbread Pizza

Ingredients:


1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup milk

1 large egg

14 ounces chunk light tuna -- drained

1 cup spaghetti sauce

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -- 8oz

8 medium stuffed green olives sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking sheet 13 x 10 x 1/2 inch. Combine muffin mix, milk and egg until mix is just moistened. Pour into baking sheet, spread batter evenly. Top with layers of tuna, spagetti sauce and cheese. Arrange olives on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until browned and bubbly.
