Tuna Noodles and gravy

This is yummy, creamy casserole that takes about 20 minutes to prepare and cook.
 

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 teaspoons flour

2 cups milk

1/2 package extra large egg noodles (cooked and drained)

1 can tuna (Drained)

1 can whole kernal corn (drained)
 

Preparation / Directions:


To save time, start the noodles at the same time as starting the gravy. Making the milk gravy: Heat oil over medium low heat, add flour and stir until well mixed (will be pasty) slowly add milk (use more if necessary)allow to come to a slow boil, stirring often. When the gravy has a thick look to it, flake in tuna and stir well. Mix gravy into noodles, add corn mix well. Heat 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot and spice with salt and pepper to taste.
