Preparation / Directions:
Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place in slow-cooking pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours. If turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce.
If you use 4 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs, or 4 drumsticks, drumsticks may get done first, so check them before thighs. Cooking time on both parts will vary with size. Use smaller size parts in smaller cooking.
