Ingredients:
1 small turkey breast -- about 4-6 lbs |
1 medium Onion -- sliced |
1 medium bell pepper -- sliced |
1 can tomato soup -- or tomato sauce |
1 clove garlic -- crushed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 cup -water |
1/2 cup white wine -- (optional) |

Preparation / Directions:
Place the breast in the crockpot and cover with onion and pepper slices. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve with steamed noodles or spaghetti or rice.
