Italian Turkey Sausage

Ingredients:


1 pound ground turkey

1 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce

1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1/2 teaspoon sage
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir all seasonings together and knead into ground turkey. Form into patties and fry in olive oil. If you desire less spicy sausage, omit the tobasco. For a FANTASTIC ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICH: Cook the patties on one side, flip and add: 1/2 green pepper, sliced 1/2 red pepper, sliced 1/2 onion, sliced 1 can drained pasta ready tomatoes 1 small can drained mushrooms Fry until almost fully cooked, then sprinkle 1/4 C fat free mozzerella cheese on each patty. Cook until cheese is melted.
