Preparation / Directions:To make salsa: toss tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and a few drops of hot pepper sauce together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread tortillas on work surface and spray with olive oil spray. Divide turkey among tortillas. Peel, seed and cube avocado, spread over turkey.
Drain salsa and add. Place lettuce on top. Roll up the wraps and cut in half on the diagonal.
