Ingredients:


1/2 head romaine lettuce

1/2 head iceberg lettuce

1 large tomato -- diced

2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast

1 large avocado -- peeled, pitted, and cubed

3 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled

6 slices bacon -- fried crisp, drained, and crumbled

8 large ripe olives -- pitted and sliced

---DRESSING---

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Tear lettuce into pieces and place in large bowl. Add tomato, turkey, avocado, blue cheese, and bacon. Combine all dressing ingredients in lidded jar and shake well. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Top with olive slices.
