Ingredients:
2 pounds ground uncooked turkey |
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs |
2 large eggs -- slightly beaten |
1 small onion -- minced |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 cup catsup |
1/4 cup evaporated milk |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine turkey with remaining ingredients. Form into a 7 inch round loaf. Place in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Good served hot with cranberry sauce or sliced cold for sandwiches.
