Ingredients:


2 Cup ground turkey meat cooked

2 large hard cooked egg whites

1 tablespoons white wine

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 dash cayenne

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

3 tablespoons low fat salad dressing (3 to 4)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, adding enough salad dressing to make a paste. Chill until serving time. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced french bread baguette.
