Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

28 ounces tomatoes -- cut up

6 ounces tomato paste

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

3 cups chopped cooked turkey

1 package cooked noodles or macaroni
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute the onion and garlic in the oil until lightly browned. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, thyme and turkey. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes while cooking the noodles or macaroni. 1/6 recipe not including noodles -
