Turkey Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients:


1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped chives

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

6 tortillas flour tortillas -- (8-inch)

12 slices cooked turkey breast

12 medium spinach or romaine leaves

24 slices cucumber
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine cheese, chives, mustard and cream cheese in a bowl; mix well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves and 4 cumber slices: roll up.
