Turkey-Cranberry Croissant

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1/4 cup orange marmalade

1/2 cup chopped pecans

6 large croissants -- split

1 bunch lettuce leaves

1 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey

3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Spread evenly on cut sides of croissants. Place lettuce and turkey on croissant bottoms; spread with cranberry sauce and cover with croissant tops.
