Turkey-Orange Salad

Ingredients:


2 cups turkey -- chopped, cooked

1/2 cup celery -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

1 medium orange

1 cup seedless grapes

2 tablespoons mayonnaise/salad dressing

1 tablespoon shredded coconut -- toasted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the turkey, celery, salt, and curry powder in a bowl. Peel and chop the orange. Add the orange, grapes, and mayonnaise to the turkey. Toss gently to mix. Sprinkle on the coconut just before serving.
