Steve's Cajun Surprise Turkey Injection Marinade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 cup garlic oil -- (2 teaspoons of garlic and honey)

1/2 teaspoon a chili oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients and inject turkey with injector needle.
