Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey |
1 large egg beaten |
1/2 cup water chestnuts coarsely chopped |
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs (from low-carb bread) |
1 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 Package Equal |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash red pepper |
1 dash ginger |
12 bunch lettuce leaves |
1 recipe Use a Thai Dipping Sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients except lettuce and mix well. Shape into twelve 4x 1/1/2 x 3/4" loves. Brown in frying pan. Wrap each loaf in a lettuce leaf and serve with dipping sauce.
