Preparation / Directions:In medium bowl, combine bulgur and boiling water; cover and let sit until all the water is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl toss apple in lemon juice. Add grapes, cucumber, raisins, parsley and mint; toss. Add bulgur, olive oil and salt. Stir to combine. Fold in turkey and walnuts. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour. Serve on a bed of radicchio. | |||||||||||||||
