Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped carrots |
1 Cup Chopped red or green bell pepper |
1 Cup Chopped onion |
3 cloves Garlic, minced |
1 tablespoons Chili powder |
2 teaspoon Ground cumin |
28 ounces italian plum tomatoes with juice, chopped |
15 ounces red kidney beans, drained |
15 ounces cannellini beans, drained |
15 ounces black beans, drained |
2 tablespoons Canned chopped chipotle chilies in adobo sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
You guys can figure out the rest. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring, and add
salt and pepper. I omited 1 T. oil at the beginning of this recipe- it was
used to saute the vegetables.
