Ingredients:


1 medium onion

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

2 dashes Tabasco sauce

20 tortillas corn tortillas

1 can enchilada sauce

1 Cup oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


fry tortillas in oil fill with chopped up cheese and onion, Tabasco to taste roll into tubes, place in rows in baking pan sprinkle with a little cheese pour sauce over, bake 30 min 350 degrees
