Vegetarian Hot Reuben Dip

A tasty vegetarian hot reuben dip.
 

Ingredients:


14 ounces can drained sauerkraut

6 slices American cheese diced

12 slices Swiss cheese diced

3 Tablespoons mayo

10 ounces meatless corned beef (Worthington is one brand)

1 loaf party rye (rye crackers, or rye bagel slices
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients (except party rye). Place in greased casserole dish. Conventional oven: 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Microwave oven: High 4 minutres, stir, 4 more minutes (or until cheese is melted) and stir again.
