2 pound Ground beef |
1 pound Chorizo, sliced |
1 Cup Green chiles, diced |
1 medium Diced onion |
1/4 teaspoon Garlic to taste |
1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste |
1/4 teaspoon Pepper to taste |
12 ounces Can stewed tomatoes |
---PINTO BEANS IF NEEDED--- |
3 Cup Cooked pinto beans |

Preparation / Directions:
Brown beef and chorizo. Drain fat and add all
ingredients to large pot. Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
