Ingredients:


3 ounces Jalapeno peppers, chopped

8 ounces Red peppers, chopped

8 tablespoon Capsicum pepper

3 medium Chinese chilies, dried

4 teaspoon Cayenne

4 pound Beef, ground

4 medium Bell pepper, chopped

4 medium Onion, medium, chopped

12 tablespoon Chili powder

2 teaspoon Mustard powder

48 ounces Stewed tomatoes

48 ounces Corn, cut

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

2 Cup Wine

---OPTIONAL

52 ounces Kidney beans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown ground beef. Add chopped peppers and onion. After onions and peppers are cooked add every thing else. Simmer for 2 hours, stir occ. Serve the beans on the side, if you must.
