Ingredients:


1 medium deer round steak

1 medium onion -- sliced

1 medium pepper -- chopped

1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place deer steak in 9x13-inch pan. Add onions and peppers. Pour on tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper and bake. Cooking time: 60 minutes Temperature 350 degrees F.
