Preparation / Directions:Place 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt in a yogurt strainer over a bowl. (Or, use a small sieve lined with a piece of 100-percent-cotton cheesecloth.) Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 cup.
