Frozen Peanut Butter-Banana Yogurt |

Ingredients:
1 package unflavored gelatin |
1/4 cup cold water |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 medium banana -- cut into chunks |
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
24 ounces plain yogurt |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan to soften; stir over low heat to dissolve.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender container; cover and blend at high speed.
3. Add gelatin and blend again.
4. Pour into 2 freezer trays; freeze until partially firm.
5. With electric mixer on low speed, beat until nearly smooth. (Mixture will still have ice particles; do not overbeat.)
6. Return to trays and freeze until firm.
