Preparation / Directions:1. Combine cornflake crumbs, cheese and seasonings; place in a plastic bag.
2. Dip zucchini strips in butter, then shake in bag of crumbs to coat.
3. Place on baking sheet; bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
