Cheese Zucchini Crisps

Ingredients:


1/3 cup cornflake crumbs

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 dash garlic powder

4 small zucchini -- cut in 1/2 inch strips

1/4 cup margarine -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine cornflake crumbs, cheese and seasonings; place in a plastic bag. 2. Dip zucchini strips in butter, then shake in bag of crumbs to coat. 3. Place on baking sheet; bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
